Well, not exactly. And you'll actually probably want to stay here, because this is a short post. I just wanted to throw in my approval for a marinade recipe.
It calls for coals and pork blade steaks, neither of which we have. It worked out just as well with an electric stove and pork chops. Leland put it to marinade for a couple hours without the sour, so the pork chops actually came out just sweet from the honey.
Throw some boiled veggies and some rice on the side, and it's a complete meal. Great marinade.
